Our client, a growing manufacturer company is hiring a Cost Accountant to join their team near Hanover, PA. This newly created Cost Accountant position will support the CFO by taking full ownership of cost accounting functions as the company continues to expand. As a Cost Accountant , you'll work in a collaborative environment with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to shape the role from day one. The ideal Cost Accountant will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-on cost accounting skills, and a proactive mindset. Cost Accountant Qualifications Needed: BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business 5years cost accounting experience required Manufacturing industry experience Proficiency in using various ERPs and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of cost accounting practices and principles Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independent and also within a team ZRCFS LI-JG1 INJUN2025
