Job Description:

Accounts Payable Manager A leading construction/manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-entity AP team. You'll own the full AP cycle-from invoice matching to weekly check runs-supporting multiple office locations and field teams. What You'll Do: Supervise AP team and oversee all invoice processing Manage weekly check cycles and vendor payments Ensure accurate 3-way matching and compliance Reconcile credit cards and handle vendor communications Collaborate across locations and assist in month-end closing Occasional travel (1-2 times/year) What You Need: 3 years' AP experience with team leadership Vista by Viewpoint experience required Construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong communication and Excel skills Perks & Benefits: 401(k) match, ESOP , excellent health insurance Generous PTO days and holidays Join a growing, employee-owned company and make your mark.
