He/she is recognized as a resource, preceptor, and role model. The Team Leader oversees the daily surgical/ procedural schedule to assess instrumentation needs in addition to equipment, supply inventory, and daily staffing coverage. Serves as a technical resource for assigned staff; providing guidance and answers questions regarding procedures and compliance with policy and procedure.
