Job Description:
RBH Global Wealth Partners is a dynamic and growing Private
Wealth Management Firm with offices in Reston Virginia, Washington
DC, and Bethesda Maryland. We have been named by Forbes to their
Best in State and Top Women Advisors ranking. The Financial Advisor
plays a critical role in the firm, assisting in the streamlined
operations and helping ensure that our clients have a positive
experience. This position directly develops relationships with
existing High Net Worth and multinational clients of the firm. This
position location will be in Reston VA. Duties and
Responsibilities: Financial Advisor can expect to focus their work
in the following areas: • Client relationship management for
clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and
communications • Client service, including client meeting
preparation, portfolio changes and reviews, information data
gathering, implementation of recommendations, account service and
maintenance, and reporting • Comprehensive financial planning
including coordination of asset management, estate planning, and
risk management • Client asset management, including coordination
of complete financial planning and wealth management (analysis,
estate planning, tax strategies for assets under management, and
portfolio management) • Client and team meetings, as required,
special projects, as appropriate. • Periodic service as a member of
the Investment Committee and Financial Planning Committee
Qualifications : The Financial Advisor position requires the
following qualifications: • Self-confidence, personal integrity,
and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility • Need to have a
minimum of 12-15 years of experience with advising clients using
planning software to help clients reach their goals. This is a key
component of the process. • Ability to multi-task, manage time
effectively, and prioritize • A team player, with strong leadership
skills • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company
environment where it is expected that you will wear many hats with
varied responsibilities • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited
college or university (required), CFP a plus. The willingness to
get the CFP designation is required. • Proficiency in Money Guide
Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as
experience with financial planning, client relationship management
(CRM), and portfolio management (PM) software • FINRA Series 7, 66
and VA Life and Health Insurance licenses • Excellent written and
oral communication skills as well as good listening skills •
