Join our client's team as a temporary HR Administrative
Coordinator at their professional services firm in Fairfax, VA!
Starting July 7th, you will provide excellent customer service in
all facets of benefits. If you have the necessary experience and
can commute to Fairfax, VA, apply now! About the Job: * Ensure
compliance with various laws and company policies. * Support
recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and ensure all new hire
documents are complete. * Coordinate employee recognition programs
and maintain personnel files. * Handle administrative tasks such as
scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management. * Complete
additional relevant HR tasks as required. About You: * 5 years of
HR administrator experience are required. * A bachelor's degree is
required. * Proficient in MS Office Suite. * Strong MS Office Suite
skills and analytical skills for data entry. * Comfortable
exercising discretion with confidential information and working in
a fast-paced environment. About the Position: * $28/hr-$32/hr,
while temporary, DOE. * Temporary for 4-6 months with a potential
to become permanent. * 30 hours/week from 8am-5pm. * 100% onsite in
