Dauphin County, PA. The Hospice RN Case Manager would be working

Compensation The pay for this position is $56.14 Benefits are
available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A
401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Hospice RN Case
Manager Highlights This position is a contract assignment with
potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance,
performance, and business needs The required schedule is Monday –
Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekend or on-call work required
Counties covered: primarily Dauphin and Cumberland; may be asked to
assist in Lebanon, Perry, Franklin, and Adams Counties Office is
based in Dauphin County Productivity benchmark is 5 to 7 visits per
day
