Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager
to oversee multiple high-value projects, managing budgets,
schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. This role is
ideal for a proactive leader with strong mechanical expertise who
can drive projects from inception to completion while ensuring
top-tier quality and efficiency. Client Details With over 30 years
in business , our client has grown from a small operation into a
thriving mechanical contracting firm, delivering high-quality HVAC,
plumbing, and construction services. Operating across the DC Metro
and East Coast , they specialize in tenant fit-outs, retrofits,
ground-up builds, and Design-Build projects . Backed by private
equity, they are experiencing rapid expansion and maintaining a
backlog of $80M for 2025 . Their tight-knit Project Management team
of 9 professionals fosters a culture of collaboration and
excellence. Description Oversee and manage 4-5 mechanical projects
with a total value of $20M Lead project teams, ensuring timely
execution and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal
teams for seamless project delivery. Monitor financials, track
progress, and manage risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance
with safety regulations, project specifications, and company
standards. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the
primary point of contact for project-related matters. Profile 5
years of mechanical construction project management experience.
Proven ability to manage tenant fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up
construction projects . Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and
controls (Controls experience is a plus!). Excellent communication
and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration.
