Tim Whistler Plumbing, Gas Fitting, HVAC & Electrical – Silver Spring, MD 20910 Tim Whistler Plumbing, Gas Fitting, HVAC & Electrical is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer with 1–2 years of installation experience. If you’re looking to grow your skills in a supportive, team?focused environment, this is a strong opportunity. What You’ll Do Install HVAC systems: furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductwork Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, gas and water lines Start up and test new systems for proper operation Install water heaters during winter months Follow all safety codes and company standards Communicate system basics to customers Load materials, measure job sites, complete documentation Requirements 1–2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Ability to install water heaters; plumbing knowledge is a plus HVAC training or apprenticeship preferred EPA Certification (or ability to obtain) Strong tool proficiency and mechanical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight/hot/cold spaces Good communication and customer?service mindset Benefits $25–$35/hr (based on skills, license & experience) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Advancement opportunities Team?oriented culture
