The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. This role is essential for the successful planning and execution of drywall projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals. Review and clarify project scope with clients and subcontractors. Monitor project costs and provide reports as necessary throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential cost savings and recommend solutions to improve project efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in drywall estimating and construction. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project Management skills are a plus.
