doing meaningful work. The Role: Front Desk Receptionist | Fairfax,
VA As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’re the first smile patients
see when they walk in. You’ll help keep things running smoothly,
from checking people in to answering calls and making patients feel
welcome, heard, and supported. What You’ll Do: Greet patients (and
their support crew) with warmth and professionalism Update and
verify patient info at every visit Help with forms and answer
patient questions Answer phones and emails — with clarity,
kindness, and efficiency Make appointment reminder calls Get to
know our patients — names, stories, and what makes them feel seen
Keep the front space clean, calm, and inviting Use scheduling
software and medical office tech like a pro Pitch in wherever
needed — we’re a team, always What You Need: · Calm energy,
attention to detail, and team spirit · Can juggle multiple tasks
without breaking a sweat · Fluent in digital — from email to
scheduling systems and databases · You get that privacy matters —
or you're down to learning the rules · 1 year of helping people in
fast-paced, service-focused roles · High School Diploma or GED Why
