Job Description:
Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite, M-F)Job Type: 6-month
contractCompensation Range: $50-59/hr (W2 )We're looking for an
experienced Technical Marketing Communications Manager to support a
high-impact, global data center transformation initiative. This
program is entering a critical phase and needs a communications
expert to refresh and reframe internal messaging for a diverse,
international user base. If you're an organized communicator who
enjoys simplifying complex topics and collaborating across teams,
we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Update and streamline
end-user communications on Confluence.Translate complex technical
concepts into clear, accessible language.Develop user-friendly
materials including FAQs, user guides, and presentations.Manage
content workflows and version control.Collaborate closely with
technical teams and subject matter experts.Create documentation
that supports training and change adoption.Qualifications:9-10
years in communications, technical writing, or documentation.Strong
writing/editing skills across technical and non-technical
audiences.Experience managing publishing workflows.Familiarity with
infrastructure concepts (cloud, data centers, etc.)Proficiency in
Confluence strongly preferred.The pay offered to a successful
candidate will be based on several factors, including education,
