Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: - Translate art direction into culinary brands: logos, signage, large-scale wall graphics, menus, digital templates, papergoods, etc. - Excellent research and inspiration curation skills. - Maintain design direction documentation alongside graphic design progress. - Manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Fulfill occasional internal graphic design requests. - Ensure and maintain quality control of the company's design standards. Tactical: - Work in an office environment as a positive team player, passionate about design. - Skilled at creating appropriate Adobe files for digital and print production, with a solid understanding of procedures and processes, and file organization. - Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize workload effectively, and collaborate with others to meet deadlines. - excellent organizational, problem-solving, logistical planning, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, a plus. - explore and adopt new software, including emerging AI tools, encouraged and supported. - Attend client calls and site visits as needed. - Attend occasional trade shows & conferences to gather the latest trends, solutions, and opportunities. - Flair for style and interior design a plus. Qualifications: - Must send a portfolio to be considered for an interview. - Experience in graphic design within the hospitality industry preferred; a strong focus on branding and visual storytelling is a plus. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal departments, architects, fabricators, and clients. - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite is a must. - Quick learner of project management tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoho Suite. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring quality control and accuracy. - Availability to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and site visits.
