Contract Length: 18 Weeks Schedule & Hours Shift: Day Shift Hours
per Day: 6.83 Shift Time: 8:50 AM – 3:40 PM Meal Break: 30 minutes
Pay Rate $30–$50 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Special Education Teacher (Autism Program) to support middle school
students in Leesburg, VA . This role focuses on delivering
specialized instruction and individualized support to students with
autism within a structured and collaborative educational
environment. Responsibilities Provide individualized and
small-group instruction for students with autism Develop,
implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in
compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with
general education teachers, support staff, and families to support
student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress
monitoring, and required reports Foster a structured, supportive,
and inclusive learning environment Qualifications Valid Virginia
Special Education Teaching License (Autism endorsement preferred)
Experience working with students on the autism spectrum Strong
classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team For
