Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and educational activities. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on learning experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents and staff. Encourage positive interactions among children and promote teamwork. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Help prepare materials for lessons and assist with classroom management. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all children. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred. Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus. Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children. Flexible schedule Background check clearance required. Must be located and eligible to work in the United States.
