Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to
support students in an elementary school setting, grades K-5. This
contract position is based in York, PA, serving diverse student
needs and helping to improve communication skills that are vital
for academic success and social interaction. Responsibilities: -
Provide speech and language therapy services to students within
grades K-5. - Conduct assessments to identify students speech or
language challenges. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans to support student progress. - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive
support. - Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and
student progress. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to
program development. - Possibly work during Extended School Year
(ESY) programs. Qualifications: - Certified Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) credential required. - Experience working with
elementary school-aged children preferred. - Knowledge of speech,
language, and communication disorders in school-aged populations. -
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff,
students, and families. - Ability to implement evidence-based
speech therapy strategies. - Flexibility to work with various grade
levels, K-12, if required. Location: York, Pennsylvania Position
Type: Contract, with various openings across K-12 levels Pay Rate:
$36.52 to $50.62 per hour Potential for Extended School Year (ESY)
assignments available This role provides an excellent chance to
