Job Details Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Food Production
Facility We are a fast-paced, high-performing food manufacturing
company seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to
support the ongoing functionality and reliability of our equipment

Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the
smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
across our facility. You will work in a refrigerated, industrial
environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections of equipment for
signs of wear, malfunction, or damage Troubleshoot mechanical and
electrical failures in production and packaging machinery Repair or
replace defective components using tools such as welders, torches,
and diagnostic instruments Interpret blueprints, electrical
schematics, and technical manuals to identify repair procedures
Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of systems, including
pneumatic, hydraulic, and ammonia-based refrigeration Install and
repair electrical components, including switches, breakers, wiring,
and control systems Maintain accurate maintenance records and
ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Collaborate
with engineering staff and other technicians to improve system
performance and reduce downtime Lubricate and clean machine
components including gears, bearings, and shafts to ensure
continuous operation Assist with facility infrastructure
maintenance as needed Support operations by maintaining forklifts
and other material handling equipment Monitor equipment sounds and
performance to identify issues before failure Ensure all work is
performed in accordance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in
industrial maintenance, preferably in a food production or
refrigerated environment Strong mechanical and electrical
troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of automated processing
equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically
demanding tasks such as bending, twisting, and squatting Must be
comfortable working in cold storage areas (32°F or lower) for
extended periods Available to work overtime, weekends, and respond
to off-hour emergencies as needed Self-motivated, independent, and
detail-oriented Ability to read and understand technical diagrams,
