Job Description:

high-caliber Sr. Systems Engineer 2 to join our dynamic Engineering

focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing systems that
enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to the
sustainability of power generation and distribution. The ideal
candidate will be a vital part of a team that supports our mission
to provide sustainable energy solutions across multiple states.
Design and develop scalable systems for energy management and
distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
new technologies and methodologies, ensuring compatibility and
efficiency across platforms. Maintain and upgrade existing systems
to improve reliability and efficiency. Implement robust data
analysis and monitoring tools to preemptively address system
vulnerabilities. Lead project teams, establishing timelines and
budgets to achieve strategic objectives. Provide technical
leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. Stay abreast of
industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend potential
areas for growth and improvement. Proficient with advanced system
analysis software and tools. Strong project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of energy systems operations, particularly in
nuclear, solar, and wind. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Medical
