Job Description:
- BC / BE Psychiatrist
- Outpatient clinic, Partial-Hospitalization Program (PHP) and
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
- Avg 20-30 minutes per patient
- Join 3 MDs
- MedConnect EMR
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule
- Participate in call one: week night every two weeks and one
weekend every 8 weeks.
- Additional call available if desired
- 2 year income guarantee of $235,000
- RVU based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100%
of difference if RVUs exceed base salary
- 100% RVU-based compensation starting in year 3
- Quality incentive up to $15k annually
- $4000 annual fund for CME, professional fees

- Occurrence based malpractice
- Will pay for tail/nose for incoming provider
