We are an equal opportunity employer eager to grow our team by offering a stable career path to compassionate Caregivers who provide one-on-one, in-home companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly and those requiring recuperative or continuing care.If you have evenings free, then this is the shift for you.Client is right outside of Olney the area is called Brookeville (near New Hampshire and Georgia Ave intersection) - Every Friday 6:30pm - 10:30pmQualifications:- Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification- Current CNA license- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance- Must have reliable transportation- Must have good oral and written communication skills- Must be able to understand care plans and assessments- Must be able to handle care for someone that is bedridden- Must be able to lift 75lbs.- Males encouraged to apply- Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB TestResponsibilities to include but not limited to:- Personal Care (bathing and dressing in the bed)- Light housekeeping- Laundry- Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes- Assist with medication reminders- Engage the client in conversation- Exercise with the clientCompensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour NOW SEEKING CAREGIVER APPLICANTSHome Helpers Home Care, is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area.
