Job Description:
- BC / BE Psychiatrist- Outpatient clinic,
Partial-Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient
(IOP)- Avg 20-30 minutes per patient- Join 3 MDs- MedConnect EMR-
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule - Participate in call one: week
night every two weeks and one weekend every 8 weeks. - Additional
call available if desired- 2 year income guarantee of $235,000- RVU
based productivity incentive available in year one (keep 100% of
difference if RVUs exceed base salary- 100% RVU-based compensation
starting in year 3- Quality incentive up to $15k annually- $4000
annual fund for CME, professional fees- Full comprehensive
benefits; Physician concierge program- Occurrence based
malpractice- Will pay for tail/nose for incoming provider- 457f-
