This role requires advanced proficiency in neuro and peripheral interventional procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Candidates must be able to participate in a rotating call schedule and support a full-time weekday schedule. Responsibilities: - Perform advanced procedures including cerebral arteriograms, coiling, carotid stenting, kyphoplasty, spine interventions, and stroke therapy - Rotate through Neuro and Body IR procedures - Participate in after-hours and weekend call coverage - Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR - Ensure radiation safety protocols and badge usage at all times - Support patient care in a comprehensive stroke center setting Requirements: - Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ARRT Certified Cardiac Interventional Radiologic Technologist (CI) - Experience: - Extensive experience in coiling, stroke therapy, and peripheral/arteriogram studies - Must have neuro IR background (not entry-level) - Licensure: Must be eligible and licensed to work in West Virginia - Additional: - Must have own radiation badge - Previous travelers must have a 2-year gap if they completed 1 full year Shift & Call Details: - Schedule Options: - 5x8s - 4x10s - 3x12s 1x4 - Call Rotation: - Weekday call until 7 PM or until cases are complete - Weekend call is 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday - Charting: Epic Job ID 16552370 About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
