Job Description Urgent Care Physician Opening – Chester County, PAPrivately Owned Group | Brand New Facility | Competitive Compensation Full Benefits Clinical Role:Join a growing, privately owned urgent care group expanding into Chester County, PA—just 40 miles west of Center City Philadelphia and close to Longwood Gardens and Wilmington, DE. We’re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Requirements: - Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages - Proficient in standard urgent care procedures - FMCSA Medical Examiner certification (or willingness to obtain) - USCIS Civil Surgeon certification (or willingness to obtain) - ACLS or BLS certification required prior to start - Open to candidates not yet licensed in Pennsylvania - No visa sponsorship available Schedule: - Week 1: Three 12-hour weekday shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) - Week 2: Two 12-hour weekday shifts Two 9-hour weekend shifts (weekends 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) - Rotating two-week schedule - Work alongside a Medical Assistant, Front Desk Receptionist, and X-ray Technician Compensation & Employment Options: - $120–130 per hour - Choose to work as a 1099 contractor or W2 employee - W2 Benefits include: - Medical and dental insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - 3 weeks paid time off (PTO) - 1 week of CME - $2,500 CME allowance (after year one) Location Perks: - Located in Chester County, offering suburban charm with convenient access to urban amenities - Close to natural attractions like Longwood Gardens - Easy commute to Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia About the Organization: - Privately owned and operated urgent care group with a strong patient-first philosophy - New, modern facility with a collaborative, supportive team culture Ready to Learn More?Contact us today to explore how you can be part of this growing and dynamic urgent care team.
