Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Mental Health Clinician supports rehabilitation and recovery by addressing behavioral health needs in a secure correctional facility. MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN (LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Performs individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate - Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects - May direct special projects as requested - Participates in and conducts in-service trainings/education, as well as assists in the orientation of new staff - Documents appropriately in the Electronic Health Record - Attends training and meetings as required MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN (LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Must have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. - MUST be licensed (i.e., LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD). - LMSW does not count as a clinical license.
