Facility: This facility is a Level 2 trauma center with 11 beds in the department. The medical center provides comprehensive surgical services including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical, obstetrical, pediatric, and thoracic procedures. It's part of a larger healthcare system known for delivering high-quality patient care and offering advanced medical technologies. Opportunity: NBCRNA - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) This is a locum tenens position requiring an active Pennsylvania license (IMLC not accepted). The position involves working with multiple surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Podiatry, EP, Endoscopy, and Bronchoscopy. Job Details: - Monday through Friday coverage with both 8-hour (0700-1530) and 10-hour (0700-1730) shifts available - Patient volume ranges from 2-12 patients per shift - Proficiency in spinal anesthesia and arterial line insertion preferred but not required - Expected to perform various types of anesthesia including general, spinal, epidural, and regional - Cases include adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, obstetrical, neurosurgical, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic procedures - Skills in central line placement, arterial line placement, and PA catheter placement preferred - PALS certification required - Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60-120 days - Position starts ASAP and is ongoing Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice insurance included. Estimated Hourly Rate: 200 - 250
