Assist Physical Therapists in the treatment of patients across various age groups and medical conditions. Implement specific therapy plans designed by the physical therapist. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing home exercises. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical practices of the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow specific therapy instructions Good observational skills and detail-oriented Physical stamina for working on your feet and handling physical therapy equipment Basic understanding of therapy modalities and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice. CPR certification recommended.
