Job Description Job Description Job Title: Family Physician Location: Lancaster, CA Organization: Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center Position Overview Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team and provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community health and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions across all age groups. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards set by the health center. Qualifications Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Licensure: Valid California medical license and DEA registration. Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in family medicine. Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually (commensurate with experience). Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Offered. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Accrued vacation and sick time 403(b) retirement plan Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts possible).
