Physical performed by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse
practitioner Description: We are seeking a compassionate,
patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week
contract assignment. This short-term assignment is ideal for a
physical therapist who enjoys working with older adults. The
position is suited for someone who thrives in a supportive
environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. You will provide
high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for
residents. You will develop and implement individualized therapy
plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.
Collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with an
experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare
partners. You will document services using designated software,
with training available if needed. It is important to support a
positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.
