Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Clinton, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,089 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/10/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Clinton, Maryland, 20735! Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30; 11:00 - 23:30) Experience: 2 years required; travel experience required License: Must have valid state license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required Must-Have: EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms; general ED combined adult/pediatric setting experience Description: Candidates must have experience in a general emergency department setting. Candidates must pass the required EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam. Every other weekend and holiday work is required. Triage experience is a hard stop requirement. Float within skillset is necessary. Ratios are 1:4 for patient care. Skills required include triage, IV starts, and phlebotomy. Top patient diagnoses will include a range of emergencies. Candidates must manage a fast-paced environment effectively. Teamwork with interdisciplinary support services is essential. The daily census is around 130 visits, with a patient age range from neonates to geriatrics. Knowledge and ability to perform special procedures in emergency care is expected.
