Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Clinton, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,024 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/10/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Clinton, Maryland, 20735! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. License: Valid state nursing license required at time of submission. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS certification required; ACLS preferred. Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. Charge nurse experience preferred. Float within skillset is required. Every other weekend is required. Description: Looking for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care in a telemetry setting. The nurse will monitor and assess patients, manage dysrhythmias, and administer medications. Experience with IV management, wound care, and pre/post hemodialysis management is required. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams. This position also requires a commitment to patient safety and adherence to protocols. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 5-6. Weekend coverage is expected. Supervisory experience as a charge nurse is preferred. The role involves caring for adults and geriatric patients with various diagnoses, including strokes, pneumonia, and renal failure.
