About the Position Lead Cardiology Services: oversee Cardiology services at 4 clinical sites - Berkeley Medical Center, Jefferson Hospital, Potomac Valley Hospital, and the Winchester Outpatient Clinic Collaborate Together: work with the on-site administrative leader to guide the expansion of cardiology services Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows Provide high-quality care: strive for excellence and uphold the highest standards as you provide excellent care to our patients Build your legacy as you serve, learn, and teach from day one Qualifications Board Certification in Cardiology An active West Virginia Medical License or the ability to obtain one Ability to obtain DEA and controlled substance licenses Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with preference given to those with leadership experience At the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, our team of board-certified and fellowship-trained specialists is performing groundbreaking and innovative procedures using cutting-edge techniques and technology not available anywhere else in the state.
