Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physicist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel A healthcare facility in Harrisburg, PA is in need of a locum Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team and provide physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment. Requirements - PhD in Medical Physics - 5 years of experience - ABR - PA state license - Current Radioactive Materials license - Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively to a group via phone/face to face - Strong technical aptitude - Strong analytical, math, physics skills, including data collection, problem-solving - The ability to resolve complex technical issues independently - Self-motivated, organized - Detail-oriented - Possess strong time management skills - C-RAD Estimated Pay We provide a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location.
