Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Shift Days: M-F Gainesville/Manassas, VA split (3 days in Gainesville, 2 days in Manassas) will be working solo a lot, so preferably strong outpatient experience Rates: $70-75/hr.
