Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in tailored rehabilitation therapy services, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists to implement therapeutic plans that help patients regain or improve their mobility and manage pain, following surgeries or injuries. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a supportive, patient-focused healthcare environment and are committed to enhancing patient lives through expert care. Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist. Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in the operation of therapeutic equipment and maintain cleanliness and order of therapy areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical demands of therapeutic procedures. Proficient in the use of therapeutic equipment. Knowledge of compliance and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and observational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR certified.
