As a Therapy Team Leader, you will oversee a multidisciplinary group that provides both facility-based and home-based care, ensuring our high standards of care are met across our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health, and hospice agencies. You will guide, inspire and manage therapy staff while facilitating collaborative and innovative care approaches that uphold our commitment to patient-centric healthcare. Lead a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists; providing support and guidance in patient care Develop program strategies and implement continuous improvements in therapy services Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans Monitor patient care processes and outcomes for adherence to care standards Participate in the recruitment, training and professional development of therapy staff Manage resources efficiently to ensure optimal service delivery Uphold and promote the Encompass Health values and vision in daily activities and processes Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in creating and managing care plans Competency in various therapeutic modalities and technologies Ability to analyze data and improve care outcomes Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state licensure as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist CPR certified Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred
