Job Description Job Description Job Title: Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health Location: Dulles, VA Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule: Days | No Weekends Pay & Incentives Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 annually (based on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available with approval Job Summary A modern acute care hospital in Loudoun County, VA is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to lead day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department. This role oversees staffing, workflow, and clinical operations while partnering with House Supervisors and Charge Nurses to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. The organization is a 120 bed acute care facility recognized for advanced technology, a patient-first culture, and a strong commitment to treating patients and team members with respect and care.
