Clinical Director is a critical leadership role responsible for
overseeing clinical programming, ensuring the highest standards of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, supporting and mentoring
clinical staff, and fostering a collaborative, positive, and
productive clinical environment. Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and ensure the quality
of ABA services aligns with evidence-based practices. Regularly
review client treatment plans, progress reports, and assessments to
ensure clinical integrity. Ensure compliance with regulations,
including timely submission of treatment plans, appropriate session
documentation, and adherence to billing requirements. Directly
supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Onboard and train new Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs). Facilitate
regular clinical team meetings and provide ongoing training,
feedback, and professional development opportunities. Evaluate
staff performance regularly, implementing plans for improvement and
growth as necessary. Act as consulting supervisor to new BCBAs
(within 1 year of getting their BACB certificate), supervising
trainees. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation,
ensuring compliance with Medicaid and other payer requirements.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to
continuously enhance service delivery and clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with the Center Director to ensure adherence to company
policies, ethical guidelines, and legal compliance. Ensure clients
are in a safe and positive environment at all times. Serve as a key
point of contact for families, ensuring transparent communication
and high levels of family satisfaction. Address concerns promptly,
working collaboratively with clinical teams to resolve issues
effectively. Ensure the integration of family training into
clinical practice, promoting effective generalization of treatment
goals. Coordinate closely with Operations Coordinators and
administrative staff to streamline scheduling, intake, and billing
processes. Act as a liaison with external agencies, school
districts, and other community partners. Support inter-departmental
initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and

any time with or without notice. Qualifications Required Education
and Experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification required. Active licensure in the state of Virginia
(or eligibility to obtain). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
providing ABA services, with demonstrated leadership and
supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and
organizational skills. Previous experience supervising BCBAs.
Preferred Education and Experience Previous experience in early
intervention or pediatric ABA settings. Experience in training,
developing, and managing clinical teams. Proficiency with clinical
documentation systems (CentralReach experience preferred).
Supervisory Responsibility This position provides supervision to
Clinical Supervisors, as assigned. Work Environment This job
operates in a professional office environment as well as in a
classroom-based 1:1 instructional setting. Physical Demands The

Movements in response to a client’s interfering behavior, such as
aggressive and self-injurious behavior Ability to move quickly and
confidently to intervene in situations when protective carries or
environmental arrangements are deemed necessary Ability to pursue a
bolting student, including but not limited to: running, moving
quickly from side to side Successful completion of Safety Care
training and Re-Certifications Including but not limited to
pivoting, knee squats, shuffling front and backward, and
transporting clients per Safety Care procedures. Active
participation and certification in Safety Care is a condition of
