We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and willing to step up to the plate. Pay Scale: $27.00 - $37.00/hr Benefits: Medical & Dental (Company pays 50% of premiums for employee and/or family plans) Paid Vacation (5 days first year, 10 days after second anniversary, and 15 days after 5th anniversary) Paid Holidays (7 days per year) 401k plus 4% company match (eligible after 1 year of employment) Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours) Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and the ability to work independently Universal EPA Certification preferred Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred 2 years install experience highly preferred Insurable driving record and valid driver's license NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
