Degree Looking for an experienced Independent Clinical Director in
DE to work as part of our PBH program. Full time position with
competitive pay. Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. (KFS) is a
privately owned, Medicaid-approved agency. We have been providing
quality services to individuals with disabilities since 2004. Since
our inception, KFS has focused on in-home and in-community services
that promote the healthy development of children, adults and
families through one-on-one behavioral, educational, and
daily-living supports. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Independent
Clinical Director (LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH) inluding, Program Management
in Delaware. * Full-Time *In home and community support for
referrals of Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services
(DPBHS) * 3 years post-licensure experience, with supervision, to
provide oversight for clinicians trying to get their license *
Preferred experiences include: Knowledge of PBHS, Caseload
Experience, Supervision Experience, Willingness to provide
in-person and virtual services. POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical
Director will assume responsibility for the clinical supervision of
professionals providing direct care services. The Clinical Director
will be culturally competent/responsive with the training and
experience necessary to manage complex cases in the community
across child-serving systems. The Clinical Director must work in
collaboration with the Program Director and other staff to develop
and implement strategies for adherence to supervision requirements.
This position customarily and regularly exercises independent
judgment and discretion in the execution of job responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervision of providers
who serve individuals on a week-to-week basis. * Sign off on
necessary Progress notes, Treatment Plans, and Re-authorization
when necessary. * Participate in training and ongoing technical
assistance responsibilities for providers. * Maintain a system of
clinical record keeping utilizing KFS documentation. * Assume
responsibility for a monitoring system that includes periodic case
reviews. * Assist with the development and implementation of
processes needed to improve service delivery to clients. * Follow
state-regulated supervisory standards * Participate in State
audits, prioritization, overview, and other related meetings as
needed by the company or client. * Review and comprehend all
regulations set forth by the client to ensure compliance (HIPAA,
record keeping, etc.) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain a
standard of excellence in all aspects of internal and external
customer service. * Provide leadership to others through example
and sharing of knowledge/skill. * Encourage/facilitate cooperation,
pride, and trust. * Foster commitment and team spirit.

it relates to the service process. * Ability to promote the

environment * Ability to complete necessary supervision in a timely
manner according to state regulations. SUPERVISION: Clinical
Director will work under general supervision of Regional Director
and have the ability to display a high level of initiative, effort
and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the
individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily and be able to react to change productively and
handle other essential tasks as assigned. * Education:
Independently Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH) plus 1 year of
Management experience. * Experience: 5 years experience in a
related position with 3 of those years from post-graduate
experience working directly with emotionally disturbed children and
adults, intellectually disabled children and adults and their
families plus 1 year of post-graduate supervisory experience in an
agency providing services. * Skills & Abilities: Excellent time
management, communications, presentation, recruitment, sales and
strategic thinking and organization skills. Professional appearance
and presentation required. * Computer Skills: Proficient personal
computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine
database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS: * General office environment, travel to client
homes or to meet staff, as needed * Must have the ability to read
and respond to emails and accept calls outside of work hours *
Hours of work: variable, some weekends and evenings necessary *
