Job Description Job Description The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Burnie is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility. In addition to overseeing and managing all aspects of the Rehabilitation Department, the PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR will ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions and stay updated on current practices. By providing ongoing feedback to staff, and fostering a positive team environment, you will promote a united collaboration among therapists. We are looking for a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented, and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required. Don't forget An active state PT Physical Therapist or OT Occupational Therapist license is required. SNF experience is required. Experience as an ADOR or DOR. Unlimited employee referral bonus of up to $1,000 each.
