About the Position Title: RN – Home Health Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
(08:00 – 16:30) Location: Carroll County, MD Job Description:
Weekday role (Mon–Fri), visiting geriatric patients (approx. 6
visits/day). Possible on-call and weekend coverage. Requirements
Requirements: 2–3 years of home care experience Proficient in OASIS
documentation BLS, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle Active
