Opportunity: Join a close-knit Hospital Medicine team as a full-time Hospitalist Physician providing inpatient care in a community hospital setting. This role offers an excellent balance of professional fulfillment, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful local impact. Details: Work alongside a collaborative team of four physicians and two APPs Full-time schedule: 10 on / 10 off with a balanced mix of day and night shifts Practice in an acute care hospital with an open ICU and limited subspecialty support Comfortable with basic ventilator management and general inpatient procedures (procedural competency preferred but not required) Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Strong emphasis on patient-centered care, teamwork, and community engagement Compensation: Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000 Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
