The Medical Director will play a critical role in shaping our clinical policies, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care, and leading our diverse team of healthcare professionals. This position requires strategic leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of clinical governance, and the ability to uphold exceptional healthcare practices within our staffing solutions environment. Oversee the clinical aspects of our healthcare staffing, ensuring quality and compliance. Provide clinical leadership and direction to physicians and healthcare staff. Review and implement new medical protocols and policies. Assure the reliability, quality and safety of clinical activities. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate clinical and operational strategies. Act as a key advisor on medical matters to both the organization's staff and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical laws Ability to devise and implement strategies that improve patient care Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic medical records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Board Certified in a recognized medical specialty Valid and active medical license in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure Certification in healthcare management preferred
