Job Description:
Epileptologist opening in Baltimore, MD - Baltimore, MD -
Carroll County, Baltimore County, Frederick County, MD Position
Details: - Full time employed position - Approximately 10-12
outpatient visits per day with 2-4 EMU patients per week - Level 3
accreditation with The National Association of Epilepsy Center
(NAEC) - Nurse Practitioner support - Research opportunities -
Academic appointment - Robust, supportive, and well-trained office
staff with technical support from 3 other Epileptologists and a
Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient position with inpatient coverage -
Call coverage: rotating inpatient for days and nights
Qualifications: - MD or DO from an accredited medical school -
Fellowship trained or experienced Epileptologist - Board Certified
or Board Eligible in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology -
Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without
restrictions - Current DEA certificate and CDS license - Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
