Job Description:

Oncology/Stroke on 3 West, you will be a critical part of our
dedicated team, delivering high-quality care to patients affected
by cancer and stroke. This position requires a blend of expertise
in oncology and neurology, with a focus on patient-centered care,
in a supportive and dynamic environment. Provide direct nursing
care to patients with oncologic and neurologic conditions. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration
with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, treatment, and
prevention. Document patient care services and maintain accurate
records. Strong clinical skills in oncology and stroke care
Proficient in using electronic health records Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS certified;
ACLS preferred Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Certified
Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred
