May 10, 2026 in a well-established 650-bed hospital . This is an
ongoing opportunity with a highly desirable 7 on / 7 off night
schedule , ideal for physicians seeking consistency, work-life
balance, and strong clinical exposure. Key Responsibilities Provide
overnight inpatient care for adult patients Manage 10–12 admissions
per night Admit, treat, and discharge patients as needed
Collaborate with nursing staff and care teams Maintain accurate
documentation using Epic EMR ? Requirements Board Certified in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Pennsylvania Medical
License DEA registration ACLS certification 1–2 years of
inpatient/clinical experience Schedule Night shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM
(some 8 PM – 8 AM) 7 on / 7 off rotation Approx. 14–15 shifts per
month Ideal Candidate Strong inpatient and acute care experience
Confident in admissions and clinical decision-making Proficient
with Epic EMR Excellent communication and teamwork skills
