Active Virginia PT license required to start the assignment. If not yet issued, include current license status. BLS certification from AHA required. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Outpatient experience preferred. Neuro and vestibular experience preferred. Experience with EPIC and Cedaron EMR preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital (Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic). Shift name: Days. Shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 08:00–17:45 (9.25 hours daily). Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
