for this position is $184,300.00-$225,000.00 annually. The full Pay
Range is $143,000.00 - $266,300.00 annually. Compensation is based
on skills, experience, and education, with additional performance

residents near Tukwila are expected to come to HQ on Tuesdays &

- Lead Strategic Solution Design: Collaborate with business
leaders to craft enterprise-level software solutions.
- Innovate & Elevate Technology Standards: Promote modern
development practices ensuring high-quality, scalable, maintainable
code.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with architects, product
managers, and engineers to implement business needs.
- Develop & Optimize CMS Solutions: Direct the technical aspects
of BECU's content management system.
- Mentor & Inspire: Provide technical leadership and
mentorship.
- Champion Agile & DevOps Practices: Implement and promote Agile
and DevOps methodologies.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain active industry
engagement to keep BECU innovative.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Follow secure development
standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Solve Complex Technical Challenges: Address complex defects and

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree
preferred.
- At least 10 years in IT, with application design
expertise.
- Experience with financial products (Mortgage, Loan, Credit
Card, Deposits).
- Expertise with CMS platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience
Manager, Brightspot, Contentful.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks (React,
Angular).
- API design, implementation, and integration experience.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
- Secure software development and compliance expertise.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and
stakeholders.
- Experience leading large enterprise projects.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical
leadership.
- Certifications like Solution Architect or Cloud Developer are a
plus.
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging experience is a
