Job Description:

- do not inquire. Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need
for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) with Navy Trusted Agent
(TA) experience. This position is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
Candidates must have an active Secret clearance as well as an
unexpired Security certificate. This position pays up to $95,000
and is based on each candidate’s skills and professional
experience. You will be working in a fast-paced, VIP environment;
this position requires patience and a commitment to exemplary
customer service. Responsibilities: · Perform in-depth analysis,
diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations. · Serves as
the point of contact for escalated Tier II troubleshooting of PC
h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications. ·
Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices. · Able to support and
backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with
experience working in both areas. · Navy Trusted Agent for issuing
SIPR Tokens. Minimum Qualifications: Please ensure your resume
shows where and how you have used the following skills and
performed this experience. Do not worry about the length of your
resume! · U.S. Citizen with at least an active Secret clearance. ·
Must have an unexpired Security Certification. · Must have 7 years
of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized
experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert
knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards,
and experience working with a team in a help desk environment. ·
Experience as a Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens. ·
Leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks,
projects and client’s initiatives. · Demonstrate the ability to
communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer
service attitude.
