Job Description:
Major Duties (Job Description) You will lead technical teams to
develop software for defensive and offensive cybersecurity
operations. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure
operational needs are integrated into software development
processes. You will coordinate pilots and experiments to explore
emerging software technologies. You will engage with acquisition
teams to ensure successful transition of software into operational
use. You will facilitate coordination among stakeholders to
prioritize and refine capability requirements. You will lead
technology demonstrations and exercises to advance cybersecurity
capabilities. You will evaluate pilot program results and provide
recommendations to enhance software effectiveness. Qualification
Summary Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of
specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or
ND-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in
the private or public sector. Specialized experience must
demonstrate the following: equivalent experience in the private or
public sector as a professional Scientist: Lead AND/OR supervise
the development and enhancement of cybersecurity software, manage
pilot programs, collaborate with key stakeholders, AND/OR ensure
integration of emerging technologies into operational systems.
