Job Description:
ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant
Wargame Director to support our high-priority initiatives within
the national security sector. The successful candidate will work
under the supervision of the Wargame Director, helping to design,
implement, and analyze defense wargaming activities aimed at
assessing the capabilities of various defense systems and
strategies. This role is critical in facilitating the
decision-making process for key national defense policies and
requires a detail-oriented professional capable of understanding
complex defense systems and their operational environments. Assist
in designing and planning wargame exercises, simulations, and
scenarios in collaboration with defense analysts and strategic
planners. Support the Wargame Director in managing all aspects of
wargame preparation, execution, and post-game analysis. Prepare
reports and presentations that summarize wargame outcomes for
senior management and military stakeholders. Coordinate with
technical teams to ensure the high fidelity of simulations and
realism in scenario developments. Assist in the development of
training materials targeted at improving the efficacy and
understanding of wargame participants. Knowledge of military
strategy, warfare, and defense systems Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Proficient in data analysis software and
Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, communication, and
leadership skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive
information with discretion Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification preferred Professional training or certification in
defense strategies and wargaming methodologies is advantageous
